MONTHLY BUNDLE PACKAGE

WHAT DOES THE MONTHLY RETAINER INCLUDE?

Based on your selection you receive 10 or 20 hours of dedicated back-end support each month—use them for any mix of design, pre-press prep, supply sourcing, assembly, revisions, or consultation.

HOW DOES FULL ROLLOVER WORK?

Any hours you don’t use in a given month carry over in full to the next—if you choose the 10 hour package and use 7 hours, you’ll start the following month with 13 hours available.

HOW DO I SUBMIT TASKS?

Just fill out our simple intake form with your project details; we’ll slot your requests into our priority queue and begin work within 24 hours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I USE ALL MY HOURS?

Once you hit 10 or 20 hours, additional time is billed at $35/hr in one-hour increments. We’ll notify you when you’re approaching your block so you can decide whether to continue hourly or upgrade.

WHEN AM I INVOICED?

Your first invoice is issued immediately upon signing the retainer agreement. Subsequent invoices are generated on a 30-day cycle (every 30 days after your initial sign-on date).

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 20-HOUR AND

10-HOUR RETAINER?

The 20-Hour Retainer gives you double the reserved time (20 hrs/mo) at a discounted rate of $32/hr, for a $640 monthly fee.

HOW DO I TRACK MY HOURS?

We provide a shared status report each month showing hours used, rollover balance, and any overages so you always know where you stand.

A LA CARTE SERVICES

WHAT QUALIFIES AS AN “A LA CARTE” REQUEST?

Any one-off task—like a quick design tweak, file prep, or short consult—outside of a retainer agreement.

HOW DO YOU BILL A LA CARTE WORK?

All tasks have a 1-hour minimum and are billed in full-hour increments at the wholesale rate for that service (e.g. $35/hr for Suite Design).

HOW DO I REQUEST AN A LA CARTE TASK?

Submit your details via our intake form or a direct email; we’ll confirm scope, estimate hours, and begin within 24 hours.

WHAT’S THE TYPICAL TURNAROUND?

Yes! If you’d like the added security of a signature confirmation, just let us know before your order ships and we’ll include that option.

WHEN ARE A LA CARTE SERVICES INVOICED?

You’ll receive the invoice at the time you request the service—payment is collected before any work begins.

WHAT IS A CUSTOM PACKAGE?

A fully bespoke solution when standard retainers or packages don’t match your needs—mix any services and features to create your ideal support plan.

HOW DO WE DEFINE THE SCOPE?

We start with a brief discovery call or questionnaire to map out exactly which services, hours, and timelines you require.

HOW IS PRICING DETERMINED?

Based on the total estimated hours and service mix, we’ll offer you either a flat project fee or a custom hourly retainer—whichever provides the best value.

DO I STILL GET ROLLOVER OR PRIORITY SCHEDULING?

Yes—Custom Package clients receive the same priority scheduling, plus any agreed-upon rollover or dedicated hours structure we define together.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
