HOW DOES FULL ROLLOVER WORK?
Any hours you don’t use in a given month carry over in full to the next—if you choose the 10 hour package and use 7 hours, you’ll start the following month with 13 hours available.

HOW DO I SUBMIT TASKS?
Just fill out our simple intake form with your project details; we’ll slot your requests into our priority queue and begin work within 24 hours.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I USE ALL MY HOURS?
Once you hit 10 or 20 hours, additional time is billed at $35/hr in one-hour increments. We’ll notify you when you’re approaching your block so you can decide whether to continue hourly or upgrade.

WHEN AM I INVOICED?
​Your first invoice is issued immediately upon signing the retainer agreement. Subsequent invoices are generated on a 30-day cycle (every 30 days after your initial sign-on date).

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE 20-HOUR AND
10-HOUR RETAINER?
​The 20-Hour Retainer gives you double the reserved time (20 hrs/mo) at a discounted rate of $32/hr, for a $640 monthly fee.

HOW DO I TRACK MY HOURS?
​We provide a shared status report each month showing hours used, rollover balance, and any overages so you always know where you stand.

WHAT QUALIFIES AS AN “A LA CARTE” REQUEST?
​Any one-off task—like a quick design tweak, file prep, or short consult—outside of a retainer agreement.

HOW DO YOU BILL A LA CARTE WORK?
​All tasks have a 1-hour minimum and are billed in full-hour increments at the wholesale rate for that service (e.g. $35/hr for Suite Design).
