WHAT ARE THE LEAD TIMES FOR INVITATIONS?
• 4 to 6 weeks for House Collection designs
• 6 to 10 weeks for Custom Design
Turnaround times depend on print method and client response times.

WHEN SHOULD I SEND INVITATIONS TO MY GUESTS?
Save the Date cards are usually sent out 6 to 12 months before the wedding.
Invitations are usually sent out at least 3 to 4 months before,
allotting more time for a destination wedding.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QTY?
• 25 sets for house collection designs
• 50 sets for custom design
Quantities may vary depending on printing methods and paper selection

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES OR PRINTED PROOFS?
Yes! You can order a sample pack through our website for our House Collection. Samples are not personalized with your details, but they are a great way to see and feel the beautiful quality of our paper and designs. For all Full Custom orders, a sample may be provided upon request during our consultation.

• Our House Collection comes with 3 rounds of revisions. These proofs are provided online only.
• Our Full Custom Services come with Unlimited Revisions based on our discussion and agreed scope of project. Printed proofs are available for an additional cost (TBD) and will delay the final completion date.

DO YOU OFFER TEMPLATED DESIGNS?
Sure thing! We offer our House Collection for couples that are after a beautiful suite at a lower price point. Elements such as text color, paper color, and wording can be customized to fit your aesthetic.

WHEN SHOULD I ORDER MY DAY OF STATIONERY?
​We strongly suggest ordering your day stationery at least 2 months ahead, especially if you’re getting hitched in peak wedding season. We’ll then pencil you in for design work, and you’ll need to email us the wording and details no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding.

CAN YOU DESIGN STATIONERY FOR ANY EVENT?
Yes. We can work with you to design invitations and stationery for any event, including engagements,
bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthdays, christenings, baby showers, corporate events, and more. Please contact us for a quote.
